Epos Systems are a fast and reliable way of taking money and it ensures that the waitress`s job is made easier. I think we all understand that, traditionally, a waitress`s job is difficult. Just imagine all the running around you would have to do. You have to take people`s orders, process them and then run around carrying plates as quickly as you can to make sure that the customer is not kept waiting. Then add to this all the other difficulties that the job entails such as customers being rude and offensive to you as well as drunk and unruly customers and you can understand why many waitresses are extremely despondent about their jobs. However, much has changed in recent years in the restaurant business. Not only new ways of collecting payment but more responsible attitudes towards the staff by the owners and management of the restaurants. I think that these people have finally realized that a good waiter or waitress are worth their weight in gold.
